Saints Row Boot Hill Update Adds New ‘Doc Ketchum’s Murder Circus’

“Neenah, Eli, Kevin, and the Boss are a great group of characters and provide a fresh perspective on the modern-day Saints. Saints Row is worth looking at if you can deal with some buggy issues for a great time […] It ain’t Third Street anymore, but this reboot still represents Saints Row to the fullest,” our review for Saints Row reads with a score of 8/10.

However, despite some glowing evolution for the game, many fans did not see it the same way. Following the fallout of the latest entry, it was revealed that Volition would be handed to Gearbox Entertainment in a statement from its parent company CEO. Since then, Saints Row has rolled out content part of its promised post-launch roadmap with ‘The Heist & The Hazardous’ add-on previously.

Recently, the new Boot Hill update features a new experience derived from the story campaign with ‘Doc Ketchum’s Murder Circus’. You can watch this in the new trailer below:

“More killin’, more carnage – that’s what I’m all about at Doc Ketchum’s Murder Circus – exclusively at Boot Hill! It’s me, Doc Ketchum, your favourite purveyor of grit, murder and moxie. I am known worldwide for inheriting millions and indulging all of my sickest, darkest fantasies, trapping a bunch of idiots on an island and making them murder each other for fictional coins to spend in my fictional store!” Volition writes.

“If I am feeling generous I might throw in some other rewards …if you survive. So I invite YOU, worthy contestant, to entertain me with your wit, skill and perseverance in the Murder Circus. Can you avoid the grim reaper’s call? Or will your opponents put you six feet under? What’s black and white and red all over – dead mimes! Oh I cannot wait to watch you give it the good ol’ college try.”
