As September comes to a close for 2020, so does the current lineup of PlayStation Plus titles currently offered for users that subscribe for the monthly service. Granted, the offer to install both Street Fighter V and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds are still on the table to download until October 5, but Sony is ready to share the next duo of titles hitting the program for October 2020.
In that, Sony announced Dontnod Entertainment’s Vampyr and Ghost Games’ Need for Speed: Payback are scheduled to be available for download this coming Tuesday, October 6. So players that still have yet to install either Capcom’s or PUBG Corp.’s title on PlayStation Plus, there is still time before the offer is off the table.
Elsewhere this week, Microsoft also shared it next batch of Xbox Games with Gold titles that are set to arrive starting tomorrow. Those include Slayaway Camp: The Butcher’s Cut & Maid of Sker on Xbox One, Costume Quest for Xbox 360, and Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy for Original Xbox.
This month, Sony also spared new perks of being a PlayStation Plus subscriber with the new titular Collection for users. Essentially, players on PlayStation 5 can indulge in a catalogue of unique PlayStation 4 titles and other prolific releases of this generation via backwards compatibility for no additional cost.
