Ticking just over a year since the announcement of No More Heroes III at last year’s Nintendo Treehouse Direct at E3, there has not been much to gather on the coming third installment since its public debut. Although Goichi Suda – the leading developer for the game – has spoken briefly on the title in the latter of 2019, we have not received additional in-game showcases or trailer to really elaborate on the anticipated game.
However, that changed this week during the New Game+ Expo livestream as “Suda51” himself presented more of the game with never before seen gameplay of the 2020 aimed title. But, in spirit of the shenanigans that the studio head is reputable for – he is sitting square in the middle of the screen restraining viewers to properly grasp much of what’s happening behind him.

While the coming No More Heroes entry will be unique to the Nintendo Switch later this year, the preceding installments in the series since its conception still resides on the Nintendo Wii. But luckily thanks to a possible collaboration in the coming future, those games might arrive to the platform later on. Suda when speaking with Dualshockers stated that Grasshopper Manufacturer and Marvelous could possibly collaborate to bring the games to newer hardware.
Marvelous is responsible with supporting the release of Travis Strikes Back: No More Heroes, so that is a good sign for hopeful followers. More recently, Suda has spoke regarding other prolific work from his time working at Capcom prior to the founding of Grasshopper manufacturer. Speaking of possible ports/rereleases for games like Killer7 and Killer is Dead, Suda tells his most likely rework would be The Silver Case. You can read the full report by heading here.
