What now looks to be developing a seasonal trend, video game studio Yacht Club Games will again be hosting a livestreamed presentation to disclose new information brewing from the American game developer. Entailed from the previous live show back in August, Yacht Club Games announced the anticipated last expansion for Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove – King of Cards. The show also included the conjoined project with Nitrome, Shovel Knight Dig.
Now this week, Yacht Club Games is back to announce that new details regarding the company’s standing properties will be revealed this coming Wednesday, February 26th.
It is suspected that news surrounding the upcoming published title Cyber Shadow from Mechanical Head Studios will be brought into discussion during the show. Even more, something related to the Shovel Knight universe is also speculated to come from the approaching livestream: Yacht Club Games stated previously to have ambitions to continue creating Shovel Knight content “forever and ever and ever.”
Validating these predictions, Yacht Club Games clarified on the official website that these two properties will both be present during the live presentation. “The presentation will include the latest news on Cyber Shadow and Shovel Knight.” The team also tells that more ‘surprises’ will be presented on Wednesday livestream: a fair guess would suggest that another published title for a smaller team will be announced, similar situation with Cyber Shadow.
