Although the post-launch for Halo Infinite appears to be awaiting a content roadmap as we reach the halfway point, 343 Industries has pressed multiple times that certain adjustments and fixes is a larger priority. Despite being a free-to-play experience atop of bundling the game with Xbox Game Pass, it stood at second most-sold game for December 2021. The title was outsold by Sledgehammer Games’ Call of Duty: Vanguard at the time.
The impact of Halo Infinite is also told to be a disadvantage for DICE’s Battlefield 2042.
