GeForce Support Could Be Adding Full Support For Xbox Game Pass

In one regard, Nvidia in recent years has become a growing competitor towards Microsoft in regards to cloud streaming. However, there is also a larger platform for both to partner together. Part of a growing concern for the turnout of the Activision deal then, both firms collaborated to bring PC Game Pass to Nvidia GeForce Now. This kicked off with Gears 5 plus more titles promised to roll out in due time.

It was by August 2023 that PC Game Pass received complete support for Nvidia GeForce Now. Howbeit, this could’ve been a completely different turn of events. Prior to the decision to acquire the Call of Duty publisher, internal documents from the ongoing trials revealed that Microsoft did intentionally remove select titles from GeForce Now to boost its xCloud initiative at the time.

Now years later, it is indicated that Nvidia GeForce Now is likely enroute to the greater Xbox Game Pass service; understood for consoles specifically. When viewing games on the Xbox Store, a new tab has appeared reading ‘Included with Nvidia GeForce Now’. X user @eXtas1stv captures this for four different games listing the new finding.

And it is not entirely odd to see these different game streaming platforms collaborate all that much. Even in the larger cloud race a few years ago when Google was still fighting with its Stadia platform – that was before it was shut down – Google did give some platform for its competitors. Directly through its browser, users could jump right into xCloud, GeForce Now, and even Luna via Google search.

This is not the only recent understanding on where players can enjoy Xbox. As part of a recent TopGear feature, it was found that a Xbox Cloud Gaming app was available for smart vehicle. It is understood that more vehicles could see this later on. You can read the full report by heading here.
