7-11 Collabs with Tetris to Launch New Line of Merch, Including a Slurpee-themed gaming handheld

Atari hasn’t had the best track record for remixing their older lines of games into new concepts to help keep themself relevant recently, From the retro mini consoles they released, trying to copy Nintendo, to the “Pong Sequel” Qomp 2, and even there new Atari VCS which is $200.

But now they are collaborating with 7-11 to release merch, and it’s as cool as a Slurpee!

In a nostalgic nod to the golden era of gaming, and 40 years of Tetris, convenience store giant 7-Eleven has teamed up with the puzzle game Tetris for an exclusive merchandise collaboration. Fans of both brands can now rejoice as they delve into a world where convenience meets classic gaming fun.

The collaboration showcased on 7-Eleven’s official merchandise website, brings forth a range of Tetris-themed goodies. Among the items is the Slurpee Tetris Handheld… Yes, you heard that right A Slurpee Tetris Handheld. (Currently, at the time of posting it’s showing Coming Soon and not launched now with the rest of the merch currently available)
